BOSTON —The House voted 150-2 and the Senate 33-4 Friday to pass a $30.6 billion annual state budget that features no new taxes and municipal health insurance reforms that some Senate Democrats described as an attack on collective bargaining....

House budget chief Rep. Brian Dempsey and Republican Rep. Viriato deMacedo of Plymouth, also a member of the conference committee, address the budget passed by the House on Friday.
