Suddenly Scott Brown's swearing in is on the fast track. Just when all signs were pointing to February 11th as Brown's swear-in date, things changed in a hurry.
Now there's a guessing game as to why.
Brown says he wants to be present for unspecified votes. A spokesman for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said he expected a ceremony at 5 p.m. Thursday.
